What are you currently reading?  Do you love it?  Is it a new to you author or an old favourite?  Tell us about it.

I have literally just finished reading Dante's Inferno by Sylvain Reynard.  Ms Reynard is a new to me author and I had seen many of my Goodreads friends had or were reading this book, and to be honest the front cover seduced me into reading it also.  For the main part I enjoyed reading it.  There are lots of references to literature, paintings and music and I would look them up whilst reading.  However the book was very long, too long in my opinion, and the characters in the end started to annoy me especially Julia.  I don't know if I will read the next book Dante's Rapture which is out next week, I think I will have to see what others think first.
